Visual Render recently assisted Peter from Archimedium with an incredible new property being built in the outer city suburb of Doncaster East. Located just 30 minutes from Melbourne CBD and with great access to parklands and recreation facilities, this stunning build will not last long on the market.

Taking over the existing development, contained within each of the 2the new home you will find 4 large bedrooms, The main located on the 1st floor and with an ensuite, walk-in robe, and private access balcony. Also on the 1st floor, the home will have bedrooms 2 & 3, a media room, and access to multiple balconies.
The Ground floor contains all of your standard living areas, Kitchen & Dining. Additionally, the ground contains an additional master/guest suite with ensuite, and walk-in robe. The large open living area looks out onto the alfresco area and backyard.

To assist Peter in bringing his vision to life, Visual Render created a number of 3D Exterior Renders to showcase the new build from both the front and the back of the property. Throughout the process, there were a couple of changes made to the design. So this really was a work in progress. Check out the Exterior Renders we created as awell as some of the working drafts created during the process.

Check out the new projects Visual Render recently worked on. Assisting Open 2 View in visualising 2 awesome new builds in preparation to bring them to the market!
Located in River Heads. The 1st project will be situated along Turnstone Blvd. Just a few minutes away from Hervey Bay and just a short ferry from Fraser Island. Doing extremely well to fit so much into a really functional space, the dwelling will contain 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large open living and dining space.

The 2nd Project, located just 5 minutes north along Schooner Rise is another simple but etiquette design. Sure to be a great home in a rapidly growing area. Slightly larger than the 1st. The new home along Schooner Rise wiil contain 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with butlers pantry and a media room all situated around the centerpiece of the home, an extremely spacious living and dining area.
To assist them in marketing their projects, Visual Render created a number of 3D Exterior Renders showcasing the front facade’s of the new to be builds.

What you need to get a 3D Render from Visual Render
If you are building or designing a new project you should have everything you need to have that vision turned into a visual. All you need to get started is:
- Your Building Plans on PDF and/or Dwg.
- Project Schedule (Finishes, Colors, Fixtures, Landscaping).
- For Images – The views that you need (The position and angle you would like us to generate the view from).
- For Videos – The main path you would like the video to take.
