Visual Render recently assisted Archimedium with an incredible new property being designed and built in the outer city suburb of Clayton. Located just 30 minutes from Melbourne CBD and around the corner from the famous Brighton Beach, we think it’s safe to say this new project will be a hot sell.

Taking over the existing development, Archimedium has designed an incredible block of 3 new units that cohesively mixes a blend of contemporary whites and dark frames with a dark traditional brick foundation to create an amazing finish.
Contained within Units 1 & 3 you will find 4 & 5 large bedrooms, 3 & 4 bathrooms, and an open living area that overlooks the outdoor alfresco area. Unit 2 is a smaller dwelling with just 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All dwellings contain a single-car garage with either direct or external access.

To assist Archimedium in bringing this project to market, Visual Render created a number of 3D Exterior Renders to showcase the new project from all different angles. Additionally, we created a set of 2D Color floor plans which are a great way to market and communicate your project from a birds-eye view.

Check out the new project Visual Render recently worked on. Assisting Graph Residential in visualising an incredible new Display Home they plan to take to market as part of their spec homes offering.
The new build is a two story dwelling ideally situated on a 506 square meter block.
As you enter the home through the front doorway and into the Gallery, to the left you will see the Central Staircase, the Guest Room, shared Powder Room and closed off Media Area. To the right, you have internal access to the large Double Garage. If you continue to move through the gallery you will enter the open living, dining, and kitchen area. AS you do so, your front and left is access to the outdoor Alfresco areas.
Moving up the stairs, as you enter the 1st floor, to the left is access to a shared living area that connects 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the right-hand side is the entrance to the Master bedroom with a larger walk-in-robe and Ensuite bathroom.
To assist the team in marketing their projects, Visual Render created a number of 3D Renders that showcase the front Exterior and living area Interior of the new display home.

What you need to get a 3D Render from Visual Render
If you are building or designing a new project you should have everything you need to have that vision turned into a visual. All you need to get started is:
- Your Building Plans on PDF and/or Dwg.
- Project Schedule (Finishes, Colors, Fixtures, Landscaping).
- For Images – The views that you need (The position and angle you would like us to generate the view from).
- For Videos – The main path you would like the video to take.
