Templeton Street Townhouses

Visual Render recently assisted Ultra Project Services with an incredible new Townhouse Project being built along Templeton Street in Wangaratta, North East Victoria.  

“ Templeton Street has rich history and is only a short walk away from the town centre, the Northeast Health Public Hospital and local cafes, with beautiful walking paths in your backyard” Ultra Project Services.

The new project contains 3 separate townhouse dwellings, each with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a double garage, and an open plan living/dining area.

To assist Ultra Project Services with the marketing of this project. Visual Render showcased the exterior and interior of the 1st unit with high definition 3D Renders.  

In addition, we created a 60-second 3D Video Walkthrough that takes you right through the new home. We really enjoyed working with Alan and the team at Ultra Project Services!

Check out this amazing project Visual Render recently worked on. Assisting PS Design & Construction in bringing their new dual home project to life with 3D Property Visualisations .

Located in Bowral NSW. The team at PS Design and Construction are creating 2 side by side homes. Complimenting each other on the corner of Sir James Fairfax Circuit.

Although both are 3 bedroom homes, there a few major differences that distinguish the two. Most noticeably the corner home being single-story while the 2nd is a 2 story.

To assist them in marketing their project, Visual Render created a number of 3D Exterior Renders showcasing the dual build from multiple angles.  

Additionally, we created 2D Marketing Floor Plans that showcase both dwellings from a birds-eye view.
