Visual Render recently assisted Highlife Homes in bringing to life an incredible new project of theirs being built on the Gold Coast. Located in the stunning coastal suburb of Burleigh, this property blends luxury with the laid-back vibe of the surrounding area, therefore to create a stunning home that will not last long on the market.

Firstly, to assist Highlife Homes, Visual Render created an Interior Renders that showcases the main living area as well as an exterior overlooking the back entertaining area and swimming pool. Basically, we really enjoyed working on this project and as a Gold Coast local can not wait to see this one pop up around us!

Special Needs Home – 3D Renders for Property Marketing.

- Location: Woy Woy, NSW.
Check out one of the newest projects completed by Visual Render! We helped Unique Building Partners visualize an amazing home designed for the disabled or elderly.
The new project to-be is located in Woy Woy, NSW next to Everglades Country Club; a beautiful spot that will make it easy for seniors and those with disabilities to enjoy life without stress at every turn.

The home is a beautiful example of the care that can be put into building for those with mobility issues. From the front of the property, you can see a wide and windy driveway leading down the right side of the property to an expansive garage, with ample parking space. When you head around back there is a deck that is well designed for wheelchair access – complete with ramps and rails.
Additionally, at the rear of this home sits a beautiful garden that can be enjoyed by the residents.

Inside there are 5 bedrooms (including one specially outfitted “outdoor accessible” room) as well as two bathrooms strategically placed so guests are never too far away in case they need assistance at any time during their stay. Additionally, for those who want even more room – or have loved ones requiring extra care – there are facilities to accommodate overnight stays.
To assist Unique Building Partners in marketing their project, Visual Render created several 3d renders that showcase all areas of the new home. We were particularly excited to work with Unique Building Partners on this special project and really enjoyed learning about what goes into special needs home.

What you need to get a 3D Render from Visual Render
Finally, If you are building or designing a new project you should have everything you need to have that vision turned into a visual. All you need is:
- Your Building Plans on PDF and/or Dwg.
- Project Schedule (Finishes, Colors, Fixtures, Landscaping).
- For Images – The views that you need (The position and angle you would like us to generate the view from).
- For Videos – The main path you would like the video to take.
Lastly, If you’re unsure about selecting views or video paths, don’t stress! We can guide you through all of this.
