Visual Render recently assisted with an amazing new build being designed and built in Seven Hills QLD. Located along Majestic Outlook & with amazing views overlooking Seven Hills and Brisbane City. This lot of 2 luxury homes is sure to turn heads.

To assist with the marketing of this project Visual Render showcased both the interior and exterior with a number of 3D Renders. Additionally, we created a 3D Video Walkthrough that takes you through this incredible new build-to-be.

7 Coolibah Ave Landscaping

  • Company: Garden Realm / Dechellis.
  • Project Type: New Home Build / Landscaping Design.
  • Location: Coolibah Ave, Kensington Gardens, SA.

Check out this amazing project Visual Render recently worked on. Assisting Garden Realm in visualising their landscaping plan for the new build. Located in Kensington Gardens, Dechellis Homes are putting together an incredible 4 bedroom home along Coolibah Ave.

  • 1st floor retreat & lounge area

To assist them in their landscaping selection and design, Visual Render created several 3D Exterior Renders showcasing both the front and back areas of the new home.

Riverside Waters New Home

  • Company: Evolution Drafting GC
  • Project Type: New Home Build. 
  • Location: Parkhurst, Rockhampton, QLD.

Visual Render recently assisted Evolution Drafting GC in bringing to life an incredible new project of theirs being built in Rockhampton. 

Located in the upcoming suburb of Parkhurst, this property blends luxury with simplicity to create a stunning home that will not last long on the market.

To assist Evolution Drafting GC in bringing this design to life Visual Render created an Exterior Render to showcase the front of the project.  As well as a 3D Floor plan the provides a birds-eye view of the new home.

What you need to get a 3D Render from Visual Render

If you are building or designing a new project you should have everything you need to have that vision turned into a visual. All you need is:

  1. Your Building Plans on PDF and/or Dwg.  
  2. Project Schedule (Finishes, Colors, Fixtures, Landscaping). 
  3. For Images – The views that you need (The position and angle you would like us to generate the view from). 
  4. For Videos – The main path you would like the video to take.
