Visual Render recently assisted Lockhart Drafting & Design with an incredible new property being designed and built along Macqueen Street in Mount Lofty, Towoomba. Mixing a modern design with contemporary colors, Lockhart has created a truly amazing project that we were really excited to see come to life with 3d renders.
Something that we really like about this design was the use of space. By lifting the single floor above the ground the designer was able to design a home that incorporated all of the needed spaces inside the home with ample garage space below the home…While leaving a great space that surrounds the dwelling.

Contained within the house you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an amazing living space that opens up to a combined Kitchen, Dining, and Bar area. Additionally, a home office is centrally located that although is separate, has a window that looks into the main part of the home.

To assist Lockhart Design in bringing this project to market, Visual Render created a number of 3D Exterior Renders to showcase the new project from all different angles. Including an Exterior Render of the front facade as well as Interior Render of the Living, Kitchen/Dining, Main Bedroom, and Bathroom Render.

Salter Parade Home by Visual Render.
- Company: Capella Constructions
- Project Type: New Home.
- Location: Salter Point, Western Australia.
Check out the new Property 3d visualisation project Visual Render recently worked on. Assisting Capella Constructions in visualizing an incredible new home they are taking to market in Salter Point Parade, WA/. Located on a large 955 square meter block. This new home is a stunner both inside and out.
From the front, you can see a large alfresco & spa area that pans from the front of the home close to the fence line. On the right-hand side, you will see the driveway that travels down the side of the property through to the garage on the left and the workshop at the back.
Within the home, there are 4 bedrooms, a study, 3 bathrooms, and an open living, dining & kitchen space.
To assist the team in marketing their project, Visual Render created a number of Property 3d visualisations that showcase the front Exterior and living area Interior of the new home.

What you need to get a 3D Render from Visual Render
If you are building or designing a new project you should have everything you need to have that vision turned into a visual. All you need to get started is:
- Your Building Plans on PDF and/or Dwg.
- Project Schedule (Finishes, Colors, Fixtures, Landscaping).
- For Images – The views that you need (The position and angle you would like us to generate the view from).
- For Videos – The main path you would like the video to take.
