Morris Property Group and KTQ Win Approval for Queensland Towers.
KTQ Group and Morris Group have received planning approval for their respective development projects in Queensland, which include the luxury residential project Seren and the office tower Masonry. Additionally, Morris Property Group has received approval for their 348-apartment project in Broadbeach. While these projects are sure to bring exciting changes to the Gold Coast and Brisbane, it is important to note that Visual Render did not create the 3D renders for Queensland Towers.
Queensland Towers:
KTQ Group’s Queensland Towers is a proposed 41-storey residential and adults-only hotel beachfront tower located on the Gold Coast. The tower, with a construction cost estimate of over $20 million, will comprise of 60 residential apartments and 60 short-stay accommodation rooms. While the 3D renders for this project were not created by Visual Render, the tower’s elegant design by BatesSmart and Little Boat Projects promises to deliver an impressive addition to Surfers Paradise.
Masonry:
KTQ Group’s Masonry, a 16-storey office tower located at Breakfast Creek Road in Brisbane, has also received approval. This office tower will feature oversized circular bay windows on each floor, a rooftop pool, spaces for yoga and pilates, treatment rooms, an outdoor area with a fire pit, and a restaurant set in a garden conservatory. While the 3D renders for this project were not created by Visual Render, the tower’s unique features and design by BatesSmart and Little Boat Projects ensure it will be a standout landmark in Brisbane.
Morris Property Group’s Broadbeach Project:
Morris Property Group’s 348-apartment project in Broadbeach has been designed by Guida Moseley Brown Architects. The two-tower project will comprise a 40-storey northern tower and a 27-storey southern tower, with four shared basement levels for car parking and bicycle spaces. The second floor of the project will feature two pools, two indoor gyms, two outdoor yoga spaces, three barbecue areas, and a residents lounge. While the 3D renders for this project were not created by Visual Render, the Broadbeach project’s luxurious amenities and prime location promise to attract attention.
